Refund eligibility is primarily determined by the fare rules of the airline you've booked with. Some tickets are fully non-refundable; others allow a partial refund minus a cancellation fee.

2. Our Service Fee

Any service fee charged by AeroWay Travel for arranging your booking is non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed, except where required by law.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed by the airline within 4-12 weeks, depending on the supplier. We will keep you updated on progress.

5. Flight Cancellations by the Airline

If your flight is cancelled by the airline, you are normally entitled to a full refund or free rebooking. We will help you claim whichever option you prefer.
