Fares displayed on the website are indicative and subject to change until confirmed and paid for. Final pricing, taxes, and availability are confirmed by our travel consultants before payment is taken.

3. Booking & Payment

A booking is only confirmed once full or partial payment (where a payment plan applies) has been received and you have received written confirmation from us.

4. Changes & Cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the relevant airline's fare rules, which will be explained to you at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply.

5. Our Liability

AeroWay Travel acts as an agent between you and the airlines/suppliers we book with. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by third-party suppliers, though we will assist you wherever possible.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
